Non-profit asked for my kids' info then wanted $100

So I got a call from this number (726) 600-7696 and they said they were from familyrights.net. The guy was real friendly at first, asking for my name, address, my kids' names and their birthdays. Said they were a non-profit and just wanted to see if they could help me out.

Then after I gave them all that, he said it would be a $100 payment for self help and legal advice about filing for child support and child custody. That didn't sit right with me. Why ask for all my personal info and my children's info first and then spring a payment on me? They have an office in San Antonio at 500 Navarro St #2038. I didn't pay anything but I'm worried about what they'll do with my kids' info now.
