Ordered NFL jersey on Instagram and got charged by some other company

I ordered an NFL jersey at a discounted rate on Instagram. They were posing as Fanatics. I never got an order confirmation for it.

Then I looked at my card and saw a charge from "TERIVEIXA INC" for $62.97. I don't know who that is. It has nothing to do with the jersey I thought I was buying.

The website was Fansjerseyclub.com. Never got the jersey either.

Bought an NFL jersey and now the site is a jewelry shop

I saw an ad for an NFL jersey and got excited so I bought one. It was $68.97. I went to look for the tracking info and the website was now a jewelry shop. The address listed was 1955 Broadway Suite 600, Oakland, CA 94612. I have no idea what happened to my order.
