Facebook ad for reading glasses turned into monthly charges

I saw a Facebook ad for reading glasses that adjust to your eyes so you can see up close and far away and just keep them on. I ordered them. They had a discount for multiple pairs so I got 4. That's all I wanted. But during checkout it kept glitching and I couldn't even tell if my order went through. I got a Paypal notification saying it did so I just waited.

Weeks later the glasses showed up and there was a little cardboard card in there about some discount club. I didn't think much of it at the time. Then they started charging me $29.99 every month. I tried to cancel and get a refund and they refuse.

Now I'm trying to get PayPal to step in. What a scam.
