Charged an extra $20 monthly fee after a one-time fax

I used Faxly to send a one-time fax. It was supposed to cost about $2. Then two days later, I see another charge on my card from Faxly.co or faxlyapp.com. It was for $20, like a monthly charge. I never signed up for any monthly plan.

I contacted their customer service to ask for a refund. I’m still waiting to hear back from them.
