Call saying I won 2.5 million and to give my account number

I got a call from someone saying I won 2.5 million dollars. He told me to call the Federal Reserve Bank and give my account number. He gave me the number to call and said his name w[censored]lis Evans. He told me to give account number 9886077.

Then he asked if I wanted to have a beneficiary just in case something happened to me and I couldn't receive it. I told him no, just give it to the state. I chuckled a little and he got mad at me. He said this is not a joke. Then he asked if I wanted my funds announced public or private. I told him public.

The phone number he called from was (731) 595-0625.
