Bought item that was listed but missing from the box
When I got the package at home, that part was not in there. So I called customer service at (855) 247-5205 and the person told me it shouldn't have come with it. But that's not what the website said. It was right there in the description with the model number I bought.
They tried to tell me it comes with a different model number. But that's not what was shown. It feels like false advertising to get people to buy. I didn't lose any money on it yet but it's still not right. Their site is fergusonhome.com and they are located in Newport News, VA.
