Flowers from game ad looked nothing like the picture

I ordered artificial flowers from this company, Fernvalee. They advertise on a game I play on my phone. The flowers that came looked nothing like the picture. Not worth at all what I paid and very poor quality. I paid about 55 dollars for them.

It is difficult to contact this company for a refund. I tried to find a way to reach them but there's no real customer service. Their website just has the address in Carteret, NJ but no one answers. I just want my money back for these cheap flowers.
