Call and messages from someone claiming to be Field Agent Bigsby

I got a call and some messages from a person saying they were Field Agent Bigsby. The message said they'd been assigned to my case to facilitate the in person delivery of time sensitive documentation. They said they were finalizing their schedule and told me to call 844-305-2174 to set up a delivery time for a time sensitive legal document to avoid further escalation. Then they said good luck and gave me a case number.

I don't know what case this is about. Nobody told me anything real. It just felt like a scare tactic to get me to call that number back. I didn't lose any money but the whole thing was strange and I have no idea who these people are.
