Ordered World Cup mugs and they stopped answering
I watched that tracking for like two weeks and it never moved. Emailed them and they said it could take a few weeks. So I waited another week, still nothing. Contacted them again and they said it was out for delivery. But it never showed up.
I filed a complaint and they asked if I wanted a refund or the product since it got lost. I said send the product because my family was excited. They said they reshipped it and it would take a few weeks. That was a while ago and nothing. Now they just stopped replying to my emails.
