Voicemail saying a complaint was filed in their office

I got a voicemail today from a guy who said his name was Cedric. He said he was calling about a complaint that was filed in their office with my name on it. He gave a reference case number and said it twice. Then he said documents about my file were being prepared to be sent out and I would need to be available to sign for the delivery.

He said if they can't reach me at home they will try my verified place of employment. He said to stop further action I need to call the filing firm right away at 888-528-8861. He said the call was logged and recorded as proof of efforts to notify me. The number that called me was (513) 757-9791 and it shows Cincinnati, OH. I never filed anything and I don't know what this is about. There was no real company name given, just "our office" and "the filing firm."
