Paid them to file my annual report and now they won't refund me

I got an email from them saying they could file my annual report for me. So I paid them $949.00 for it. Then a month later they email me back saying they couldn't actually file it and they owed me a refund.

The card I used was already closed so I asked them to send a check instead. They said they couldn't do that. I've called the number on their website so many times and nobody answers. I keep emailing them too but they just ignore me. Their address is in Orlando, FL. I don't know what else to do.

Daily emails pushing me to pay for an annual report I didn't need

I was getting emails from this company every single day saying I needed to pay $174 to be compliant with my annual report. I'm a new business so I didn't really know what I was doing and they just took advantage of me.

The emails kept counting down the days until I was compliant. Made it feel urgent. So I paid the $174. Now I realize it was a scam and I just lost that money. Their website is FILINGSERVICES.COM and their email was [email protected]. Address they used is 255 S Orange Avenue, Suite 104 #2177, Orlando, FL 32801.
