Voicemail from officer about a transaction to the Philippines

On Oct 7, 2026 at 11:32AM I got a voicemail. It was someone saying they were Officer (couldn't understand the name) with Financial Enterprise in Washington DC. The message was garbled but they were talking about an overseas transaction to the "Fill-uh-PINS" (Philippines) and trying to determine if I was involved in fraud. They left a number to call back, 771-251-6560.

He said my name in the voicemail but my name is not associated with that phone number, which is my husband's number. The only connection is when I do a Money Transfer through Western Union to my family in the Philippines. We did not return the call because we think it's bogus. We always answer NO to the fraud question before every WU transfer.

I'm concerned other Western Union customers might get the same call.
