Shoes came in wrong size and no way to get a refund

I ordered shoes online and when they arrived they were the wrong size. I tried to contact after sales service at [email protected] but there was no place to request a refund or exchange. The address on the order was 425 Elizabeth Ave, East Millstone, NJ 08873. I lost $67.00 on this. I just want my money back or the right size but there is no way to reach anyone.
