Voicemail saying I'm being sued over $5000
When I called, she said I was being sued and that they represented CitiBank. She said I owed them $5000.00. She knew everything about me, even my social security number. That really freaked me out.
She said if I didn't pay, they would send a lawyer to serve me at my house or at work. She also said they would send my employer a letter to garnish my wages. I didn't pay them anything but I'm still worried about it.
