Letter about LLC registration with a fake deadline

I got this official looking document in the mail from First Filing Services about my LLC. It said I needed to complete my annual registration right away and gave me a deadline that was two months earlier than my real one. They wanted $145 on top of the actual $50 fee.

You can just go online and do it yourself in like 5 to 10 minutes for the $50. I don't know why they do this. It's just trying to get people to pay extra money they don't need to spend. This economy is rough enough as it is. It's a rip off no matter what.

The website on the letter is AnnualRegistration.org and they're based in VA. I didn't pay them anything. Just wanted to warn people about this.
