Job offer asked for banking info before I even talked to anyone

I applied for a data entry job on ZipRecruiter and got contacted by someone named Daniel Munoz. They said the interview was a one-hour questionnaire/assessment that I had to fill out online. That was it. No phone call, no Zoom, nothing.

After I finished it, they sent me an offer email. The email asked me to fill out an "Employee Onboarding Form" that wanted my personal and banking information. Also, the job said I had to buy a $3,200 computer from one of their vendors before my start date, and they promised to reimburse me later.

I didn't reply or give them any of that info. The email they sent is attached. Something felt off about the whole thing.
