Returned bras and still no refund after a month

I ordered some bras from getfitcherries.com. When they came in, the fit was terrible so I sent them back. I let customer service know I was returning them and gave them the tracking number, 1Z7A904F0399104942. They got the package on July 16th.

It's now August 24th and they still refuse to give me my money back. I contacted them through [email protected] but no luck. So here I am, no product and no refund. I'm out the $109.00 I paid. This just doesn't make sense to me.
