Paid for 90 days of meds and only got 5 weeks
I paid $866 total which was $203 a month for the medication plus a subscription fee. I also paid $99 for a 15 minute visit with a provider who didn't help me at all. When I ran out after 5 weeks I tried reaching out but there is no phone number. The only way to contact them is through their online portal and I've sent multiple messages over the last week with no reply.
I did lose 15 lbs and had good momentum but now they left me hanging. Basically I got gipped out of 2 months of medication or a refund. No one is getting back to me.
