Refund email for $56.45 that never showed up
The jacket they sent did not look like the pictures on their website at all. I started a return within an hour of getting the package. I even sent photos in my first email asking for the refund. They refused to give my money back unless I shipped the item back to China, which would cost me $70 out of pocket on top of what I already paid for something that wasn't what was shown.
So now I'm out the $56.45 and stuck with a jacket I can't use. They just stopped responding to me completely.
