Ordered knee sleeves and FedEx says no address on label
So I contacted FedEx because my package never showed up. They told me the address label has no shipper address and no delivery address on it. So they can't deliver it and they can't send it back to the sender. My order number is #11760 and the tracking number is 61290349245166575235.
I've been calling and emailing Flexa at 800-463-3339 and I get no response at all. I paid about $89.90 for this. The receipt I got from [email protected] has my correct shipping address on it. I trusted shop.app and FedEx to handle this properly but they took and confirmed the order without checking the company shipping anything. I feel scammed by all three of them.
