Ordered from flickofficial and now they want more money for stamps

I ordered an item off of flickofficial.com and paid them. Then their shipping company, United shipping packages.com, keeps emailing me saying I need to buy stamps and these restricted deals and licenses and stuff because it's a discreet package or some [censored] like that. I know that is not the case, none of that is necessary from what I understand.

They already got $11,000 from me for the order. Now they want even more money for all these extra fees. The phone number they gave is (725) 485-0806 and the address on the site is 10730 Robola Way, Rancho Cordova, CA. This doesn't make any sense to me. I just want my item or my money back but they keep pushing these extra charges.
