Ordered a snowblower from Flobay and it never showed up

I placed an order for a snowblower on Flobay.com and paid $447. They told me it shipped but it never arrived. Now they won't reply to me at all. I've tried reaching out but get nothing back. The website is flobay.com and their phone number is (719) 402-4325. Their address shows 283 S Santa Fe Ave, Denver, CO 80223. I just want my money back or the product I paid for.
