Ordered clothes for event that arrived too late and wrong size

I ordered clothes for a formal event about 3 weeks before I needed them. I tried to cancel the order before it shipped because they were taking too long and I had to buy other clothes for the event. They refused to cancel it.

When the package finally showed up, it was after the event already happened. The quality was really poor and both pairs of shoes were the wrong size. I spent $121 on this and didn't even get to use any of it. Their website is florencemae-california.com and they have an address on Martin Luther King Jr Blvd in LA. I called them at 1(812) 556-3723 and emailed [email protected] but no luck getting any help.
