Site showed my bank info when I tried to buy a code

I tried to buy a playstation plus 12 month membership code for $40 through paypal on their site floridashop.org. When I put my info in, all my personal stuff and bank numbers just popped up on the screen. It was right there for anyone to see.

Then it said unable to capture payment. I didn't lose any money but that was scary. I backed out of there real quick. Still not sure how that even happened or if they saw my info too.
