Ordered flowers for my mom and never got them

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother who lives in the area. They were supposed to come on a certain date and they just never showed up. Then I got this follow up email asking if I was happy with the service, which was weird since nothing was delivered. The next day I got another email from them with advertisements.

I tried calling the number on their website, (352) 224-9155, and it's not even connected. Then I emailed them at [email protected] and got no reply at all. My credit card was charged $103 for flowers that were never received. The website is floristladylake.com and they have an address on Teague Trail in Lady Lake but I can't get anyone to respond.
