Flowers never arrived and they blamed supply chain issues
I paid $105 for flowers that never came. They gave me an address of 48 N. Rainbow Blvd Las Vegas 89107. When I asked about their storefront in Burnsville, MN they said it was under construction and wouldn't give me the physical address. There obviously isn't one.
I looked them up and there are multiple reports on Ecautious.com about this same company. They are clearly repeatedly fraudulent. Their phone number is (844) 320-5047 and their website is flowersbyeva.com. At what point does someone do something about this company? Please do something.
Ordered flowers that looked nothing like the picture
Flower order never delivered and no one will answer me
I called the number on the website to ask about the delivery and got a man who could not speak English very well. I could barely understand him. All I got out of it was something about waiting 24 hours. I asked him to email me any info about my order since I couldn't understand him and he hung up on me. I also emailed the service email and got no reply.
That same day there was a fraudulent purchase attempt on my checking account. Thankfully I did not accept the charges.
Ordered flowers for my mom's birthday and no refund yet
That was the last I heard from them. I still haven't seen the $70 come back to my card. I tried emailing [email protected] and calling (844) 320-5047 but nobody picks up. It just feels off. I never got the flowers and now I'm out the money too.
Paid over $212 for funeral flowers that were never delivered
I called their number so many times and kept getting put on hold. No one would actually help me or tell me what happened. But they had no problem putting the charge through on my credit card for the full amount. I paid hundreds of dollars for nothing. The flowers were for a funeral and they never even delivered them.
Ordered birthday flowers that were never delivered, still no refund
They never came. I called at noon and they said they were out for delivery. I called again later, around 5:00 pm, and got the same story. I asked for my money back since they missed the delivery time, but they refused. The flowers were never delivered at all.
I found out later they aren't even located in her town. They say they're a local florist for whatever town you search for. They charge a $19.99 service fee but also say "free delivery." I've called and emailed asking for my $95 back and haven't heard anything.
