Dress order never arrived and they refuse refund
I've been emailing them for the last month trying to get my money back. First they told me it was delivered. I asked for a USPS tracking number and then they changed their story and said it was signed for. Then they came back again and lied saying it's still with the Chinese company and pending. So which is it? That means it hasn't even moved and they told me please don't ask for a refund.
They just want to keep my money and not give me my product. This is definitely fraud. Don't buy from this company. THEY ARE A TOTAL SCAM.
