Paid for Southwest tickets but never got real ones
The whole point was to book a flight with Southwest Airline. That was the agreement. But they never actually booked anything with Southwest. I did not receive the authentic airline tickets that I paid for.
I called them at (888) 831-1814 and also emailed [email protected]. No real help. They just took my money and I got nothing real in return. The flight was never booked with Southwest like we agreed on.
