Ordered from a site I used before and now nothing

I ordered from Forgedinvalhalla.com a few years back and it was fine. No problems at all. So I went back recently and ordered the same item as a gift for a colleague. They took my money but I never got the order. It's been almost three weeks now and nothing has even shipped. I tried reaching out to their support email [email protected] and got no reply. I also called 1(718) 513-9669 and nothing. Just want my $50.34 back at this point.
