Mail about a $300 penalty form for warranty I already have
The guy on the phone told me my home warranty coverage had expired and I needed to pay $269 to reactivate it. I told him that's not true, my warranty is active and already paid for. He then said I had some "third party coverage" and that I needed to work with him to get it activated. He even asked how much I pay for my warranty. I straight up asked him if this was a sales call and he wouldn't give me a straight answer.
After going back and forth a bit, I told him not to call me again and that I wasn't interested in their predatory business practices. The letter didn't even have a real company name on it, just that form number and a Kansas address. I didn't pay them anything.
