Letter about car warranty with no company name on it

I got this letter in the mail the other day through USPS. It was about a vehicle warranty, form 9550-WARR. The letter was really aggressive, like I needed to act right away or something.

But here's the thing, there was no company name anywhere. No address, no email, nothing on the envelope or the letter itself. Just a phone number. I couldn't even tell who sent it.

It just felt off. I didn't call the number because why would I? If they can't even put their name on the letter, that's weird to me.
