Call saying power would be shut off in 30 minutes

Someone keeps calling our office asking for the office manager. When I say she's not available, they tell me it's FPL's billing department calling about a work order. The work order number they gave me was DP0091-3397.

They said to call back right away or the power would be shut off within 30 minutes. They told me to call 1-800-660-3691 and press option 1. But the number they actually called from was (651) 362-3576.

This isn't the first time they've called our practice. I've picked up other calls like this too, and heard about similar ones, all in the last three months.
