Voicemail about a civil judgement from someone named Jessica

I got a voicemail today from a woman named Jessica. She said she was calling on behalf of Florida State Processing Center. The message was about the office Franklin and Miller and they want to file a notice of intent for a civil judgement through Brevard County.

She said if I have questions or want a stop order I should call Franklin and Miller at 888-834-3981. She gave a reference number too. She said once the motion gets filed a courier will dispatch to my residential address.

I don't know who these people are and I never got anything in writing. Just this call.

Voicemail saying a marshal was coming to my house

I got a voicemail this morning from a woman who said her name was Kimberly. She said she was calling from the state processing unit and that they had some documents, and a marshal was going to come out to my house tomorrow between 2 and 4.

She said if I had questions about the scheduled delivery to contact Franklin and Miller. She gave a toll free number, 888-834-3981, and another number, CB 14456. Then she just said thank you and good luck and hung up.

I don't know what this is about. Nobody ever came to my house and I never got any paperwork. It felt like a scare tactic to get me to call that number back.

Voicemail saying I am being sued in civil court

I got a voicemail from someone saying they were from Franklin and Miller. They said I was being sued in civil court for $2000 and that I needed to call their office at 888-834-3981 to stop a wage garnishment or a lien on my car. They gave me some number starting with a C and then said the claim has not been filed yet and someone will be showing up at my door with court paperwork.

I called and gave my last name only. The person on the phone claimed to be an attorney and was really angry and short when I asked what this was about. I told them it was a scam and not to contact me again. That just made them more angry.

I looked up my info for any civil suits filed and there were none. They are just trying to scare people with court talk and someone coming to your address.
