Banned from Freecash after spending money on games

I used Freecash to play mobile games for money. There were games where I put my own money in to get further and unlock the bigger rewards. They let you do that the whole time while taking your info.

Then when I get high enough they just ban my account. Now I can't withdraw anything I earned. I didn't break any rules or anything. I lost about $223 and some change. I tried reaching out to them at [email protected] but it's just been nothing. The site is freecash.com. This just doesn't seem right.
