Call saying PNC and Ecautious were closing my cards

Got a call from this number (315) 208-3784. The person said they were from Freedom Debt Relief and that PNC and Ecautious.com were closing my credit card accounts because I was over the spending limit. They said they would be taking over all my debt and consolidating it, and that I would need to make monthly payments to them instead.

What really got me was they had all my credit card info and personal details. That didn't sit right so I hung up and called my bank directly. They told me it was a scam call. I didn't lose any money but it's scary they had all that information.
