Job interview email from Freight Tank with a video link

I got this email from a Tiffany Ortiz in HR at Freight Tank Inc. about a Shipping Examiner position I applied for. She said they are excited to check if I'm fit for the role and need to know if I'm interested so they can set up an interview or take me off the list.

The email has a link about the job that goes to their website. I'm not sure what to make of it. The whole thing feels a little off to me. They gave a direct number (971) 342-8481 and an address in Steubenville, Ohio.

I just replied to the email asking for more details. Haven't heard anything back yet. Just wanted to put this out there so people know.
