Clothing order said delivered but nothing came

I ordered some clothing from this site and was told it shipped on 6/2/26. Then they said it was delivered on 7/6/26 but it never showed up. I emailed them and they said they would send my items again on 7/16/26 and I'd get them in 7-15 business days.

Then on 7/29/26 they told me again the items were delivered and again nothing came. I contacted them and they said they'd give me a full refund in 15-17 business days. That was a month and a half ago. I've been emailing them and still no answer back and no refund. I'm out $40.
