Two orders from Friendstee.com never showed up

My mother made two orders from Friendstee.com. We waited 30 days and nothing came. Then they claim it was delivered 3 days ago. We never received anything. The website is www.friendstee.com and the email is [email protected]. She lost $70 total. I just want to know what happened to the orders.
