Website pretending to be Frost Buddy stole my card info

I went on this website thinking it was the official Frost Buddy site. Everything looked normal until I got to the payment part. My card kept saying it failed, so I tried another card and that one failed too. Then they got all my card information.

After that they tried to take over 3000 dollars from me at Kohls, Wholefoods, and Staples around the Nashville and Franklin area. I don't even know how you would spend that much money at those stores. I lost 2000 dollars from this. The address shows Franklin TN but I don't know if that's even real.
