Someone called saying my identity was stolen and I needed a Treasury locker

I got a call from (202) 415-4074. The person said my identity was stolen and my social security number was used to open several accounts for money laundering. They said I had to move my money to a Treasury locker to protect it, otherwise I would be a suspect in illegal activity.

They also had this email [email protected] and said they were in DC. It didn't make sense and felt like a scare tactic. I didn't lose any money but I wanted to report it.
