Ordered 2 hats in August and still nothing
I tried their website contact portal twice and got ignored both times. I emailed them 3 more times once I found their customer service email. I got 1 vague reply and now nothing. I either wanted my product or a refund and they won't even reply to me.
I'm going to file a chargeback through my card because that's over $50 I lost. I wish I saw all the people complaining online about this company before I bought from them with my own money. I feel very foolish for being scammed by this company.
