Pet bed never arrived and support keeps giving vague answers
I've contacted them through the only option on their website, [email protected], and all I get are vague answers. They say my package is stuck in customs, or waiting on last mile tracking, stuff like that. They can't even tell me where my package actually is. I've sent about 60+ emails at this point asking for updates and it really seems like some AI agent is responding.
The website lists a Washington address (522 W Riverside Ave Ste N, Spokane, WA 99201) and also a Hong Kong one, which is probably where this whole thing is actually being run from. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAMMER.
Ordered a dog bed in June and still nothing
They keep telling me the order is on the way and that shipping info is sometimes delayed. It's now October 1, 2026 and I still haven't gotten my order or any confirmation it shipped. I even paid for shipping protection and they still won't give me a refund.
Couch cushions never showed up and refund requests go nowhere
Every time I email [email protected] they just tell me it has been shipped. I have asked for a refund and they said they would request one from their refund department, but then they never reply again.
I just want my money back at this point. That is $75 I am not getting anything for.
