Ordered cat wipes from furbabesupply and got nothing

I was looking for this cat tear stain wipe I used to get from Japan. I googled it and this site furbabesupply came up so I bought 3 of them on May 26. It was $24.63 US but on my Visa it shows $34.91 Canadian from something called Hongkonghui.

I never got any confirmation after the first order page. So on June 6 I tried emailing them at [email protected] and it bounced back. Their website doesn't even have a contact form or anything. So I have no way to reach them and no product.
