Email about AT&T upgrade but no name or company listed

I got this email after I had been dealing with AT&T about a free phone and plan upgrade. The person sending it said they tried calling but couldn't get through to us. So I tried calling them back and nobody answered.

There's no greeting with any name or company on it. Just the email. I attached a copy of it. It felt strange that there was no way to actually get a hold of anyone.
