Phone call saying I owe over $7000 in balances

I got a call from Gary from member services. He told me I had over $7000 in balances and I said no I don’t. He just repeated the same thing after I said that so I hung up. The number was (610) 588-7012. I didn’t lose any money but it felt weird.
