Birdbaths from Gekko Gifts looked nothing like the website
They also charged me $29 for a VIP membership I never signed up for. When I complained about that, they only gave me $12 back, not the full amount.
I sent the birdbaths back and had to pay another $20 for shipping. I've asked for my refund multiple times now. They asked for a tracking number and I gave it to them. Still waiting.
Titanium frypan smaller than advertised and came from China
I emailed them at [email protected] about it. They refunded me 50 percent of what I paid. I lost $45 total. This is clearly a bait and switch operation.
Ordered reading glasses, can't see through them, company won't take them back
When we tried to return the glasses, they hit us with a bunch of questions like they had no record of the order. Then in their own emails they mentioned our order number, but said they couldn't find it! They asked for our address, name, all over again. It was clear they weren't interested in taking the items back.
They finally just offered us 30% of what we paid back. We paid over $80. I don't want this to happen to someone else.
