Ordered a GE bulb from gelightingeco.com and it never came

We're a lighting distributor and had a client looking for a delisted GE bulb. I found it on www.GELightingeco.com so we placed an order. Only ordered one bulb and paid with the company Visa, which turned out to be lucky.

The bulb never showed up. Then the credit card started getting fraudulent charges on it. We shut the card down while a new fraudulent charge was still pending.

The original $21.35 payment went through though. So we're out the money and never got the bulb.
