Paid $1,000 on GEM app and equipment never came

I bought a piece of equipment through what looked like a really legit auction site. It was the GEM app. I even called and talked to a guy named "Paul" the whole time, right up until the day it was supposed to be delivered. Then nothing. I'm out $1,000. Their number is (269) 290-1381 and the email is [email protected]. The address listed is 63719 US Highway 131, Constantine, MI 49042.
