BMX builder took my money and blocked me

I've been following a couple of BMX bike builders and sellers online. I asked about getting something custom made. Gen X Bikes reached out and said he could do it. He gave me prices and told me how he would ship the items.

I sent the money with a snapshot of the payment like he asked. One day later he blocked me and deleted his replies in our messages. Then the next day he sent me the middle finger in the same text.

I'm out $165. Help me with this guy. Thanks.
