Using my license after they let me go

They let me go from the company but they're still using my NPI number with insurance companies to provide services to clients. I know this because insurance providers keep calling me asking for more info about client service requests. The company told me before I left to write discharge reports for the clients I'm getting calls about.

They don't have any other credentialed provider to offer the service they provide. So they're just using my number still. I've gotten calls from insurance companies about clients and I don't even work there anymore. Their website is genesisstpeters.com and the email is [email protected].
